Hey, I'm Mj. I came to design through cooking — years in professional kitchens, including Michelin-starred restaurants, where I learned that the best experiences are made with deep attention to the person on the other side.

Now I'm an MFA Interaction Designer at California College of the Arts. My work spans UX research, interaction design, and physical making — I tend to follow curiosity wherever it goes. What ties it all together is a belief that good design starts with genuinely understanding people, not just assuming you know what they want.
